This house lacked the space needed for modern family living,  with one room being used as an office, storeroom and spare bedroom.

A two-storey front and side extension gave our clients the space they needed, including an extra bedroom with an ensuite. Downstairs, what used to be a small kitchen dinner has been opened up and now includes a snug with a large picture window that brings in lots of natural light and connects it to the garden. The extension also provided another sitting room which freed up a room for a home office.
