Arbury Road Baptist Church is a striking architectural feature on Arbury Road; a celebration of 1960s architecture. However, the building is beginning to look tired, and the work of the church is becoming constrained by its buildings. Change is needed to ensure the building is as welcoming as the people inside.

The church engaged in a community consultation and engagement process which helped define the design brief for its buildings and a strategic design proposal was developed to explore how best to release the potential of the site and buildings to better serve the needs and mission of the church.

The proposals are comprehensive and exciting and will make a huge difference to the ongoing life of the church in its service to the local community.
