Current Workstage Class Q approval received

When our client approached us with two redundant agricultural barns, they saw the potential to convert the spaces into homes. Our role was to assess the opportunities presented by the existing buildings and develop a scheme that would maximise both the site’s value and the quality of the future dwellings.

Working within the constraints of the barn structures, we designed a layout that made efficient use of the available space while ensuring each home felt spacious, practical and desirable. Throughout the design process, we focused on creating homes that would retain the character of the original agricultural buildings while incorporating modern living requirements and contemporary design features.

The resulting proposal includes five houses: two four-bedroom homes and three two-bedroom homes. Class Q approval was received and the project is ready to move onto the next phase.
