Our client had a vision to convert this redundant 19th century structure into a separate annex to the main house. What used to be a grain store for the adjacent manor house has been completely restored and repurposed into a beautiful home.
The original timber frame and exposed beams remain central to the building’s character, carefully retained and restored throughout. Inside, the space has been reimagined to include an open-plan living area, downstairs toilet, ensuite, and bedroom.
“Leap is a delightful company to deal with. My personal experience was beyond criticism and the entire project ran smoothly from start to finish. Their relationship with the building team is first class and this was the key to smooth progression.”
