Our clients had an existing single-story extension which created a disjointed ground floor layout, they wanted to replace this extension in order to re-plan their ground floor and gain an open plan living space. After a tough process securing permission, we won the planning appeal for the demolition of the previous rear extension and the construction of a two-storey side and rear extension.
The house now has an additional bedroom and an open-plan kitchen diner, perfect for family life, and the bathroom was relocated upstairs, where it belongs! Huge credit to our incredible clients for their vision, patience, and tenacity, definitely worth the wait!
